the provided toiletries were replenished upon request i appreciated the availability of ample parking spaces near the entrances the proximity to a supermarket and a petrol station was really beneficial i could get essential supplies quickly. the staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out they handled my requests promptly and courteously.
the gym had limited operating hours this made it difficult to fit in a workout within my schedule i had to adjust my plans to use the facilities. i would have liked more flexibility.

The staff were friendly. My room included tea and coffee making facilities, ALWAYS useful. Check-in and check-out were simple. The communal areas had a nice atmosphere.

The grounds created such peace because i could walk without leaving. the receptionist greeted me with real warmth. She remembered me the next day. staying an extra night felt completely natural. i appreciated her kindness, she really were pretty good.
i found condensation on the windows with black mould within the frames, it made me worry. the furniture seemed quite tired, it really needed some love. only one of the four bed lights worked.

The corridors had new carpets throughout. i believe the bathrooms were recently re-tiled too. my room was lovely and quiet. I had plenty of parking and a good night's sleep.
the check-in process did lack some information. the windows in my room had condensation and black mould. the furniture looked chipped and tired.
